摘要
目前,冶金材料中K_2O、Na_2O等高含量尚无检测方法,含铁尘泥中钾、钠的含量,远远超出了矿石等原辅中钾、钠企标测定方法的范围。文章通过大量的实验表明,利用原子吸收分光光度法进行含铁尘泥中钾、钠的测定,测定范围为K_2O 0.006%~40.000%,Na_2O 0.008%~20.000%,测定相对标准偏差小于4%,加标回收率均在95%~105%之间,方法精密度、准确度良好,可以用于含铁尘泥中钾、钠的准确测定。
At present,there are no methods for measuring the high content of K_2O and Na_2O,etc.in metallurgical materials because the content of K and Na in iron-bearing dust is out of range of the measuring methods for them in raw and auxiliary materials such as ore according to national and company standards.In this paper,a large number of experiments show that the measuring range of K2O is 0.006%~40.000%and Na2O is 0.008%~20.000%,as well as the relative standard deviation is less than 4%and the marked recovery of Sb was 95%~105%when determine the content of K and Na in iron-bearing dust with the atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Furthermore,the precision and accuracy of this method is fine,so it could be used to determine the content of K and Na in iron-bearing dust exactly.
