文章通过对总承包工程施工管理实践的总结,阐述了总承包工程管理的工作程序、管理重点和主要控制措施,为如何做好总承包工程管理提供了借鉴。
In the article,it is expounded the working procedures,management emphases and main control measures for management of projects with overall contract by summarizing the experiences for it,which could be as references for managing projects with overall contract.
