摘要
为提升煤焦油的利用价值,降低其灰分和喹啉不溶物(QI)含量,系统比较了静置法、离心法和溶剂处理法对煤焦油中灰分和QI脱除的效果。通过实验得出了不同方法的最佳操作条件:静置法最佳条件为静置温度90℃,静置时间30min,蒸馏温度210℃;加热离心法最佳条件为离心转速4 000r/min,离心时间12min,盐酸浓度0.05mol/L;溶剂法煤焦油与混合溶剂最佳比例1:0.3。
The coal tar is a main byproduct from coking enterprises.Enhancing its value through further processing has a great significance in extending the chain link of coking enterprises and realizing the effective use of resources.In view of the fact that the existence of ash and quinolines insoluble(QI) in the coal tar affects its subsequent value-added process,the study systematically compared the effects of removing ash and QI from the coal-tar in different ways e.g.steady depositing,centrifugation and solvent.The results showed that single method as mentioned above could not achieve desirable removing effect and the combination of the three could bring the ash content from 0.36% down to 0.01%;QI from 0.36% down to 0.59%.The study provided scientific help for the later deep processing of the coal tar.
