Application and Selection of Coal Gasification Technologies in Jincheng Region

介绍了晋城地区煤炭资源概况及煤化工发展现状。分析了灰熔聚煤气化技术在10万t/a以晋城"三高"煤为原料经甲醇生产汽油装置中的应用。主要从运行成本、维护成本、长周期运行等方面与其他气化技术进行了分析比较。

This paper introduced the general situation of the coal resources of the Jincheng Region,as well as its development of coal chemical industry.Introduced also was the application of the ash agglomeration technology in the 100,000t/a coal-based methanol-to-gasoline plant using the Jincheng high-ash,high-volatile matter and high ash fusion point coal as the feedstock.The analysis was focused on the operating cost,maintenance cost and long-term operation.
