摘要 目的:探讨超声影像信息系统(UIIS)在超声诊断实验教学中的应用,观察其教学效果。方法:UIIS分为知识库和图像处理两大部分。其知识库可存入各种疾病的病理解剖图片、典型超声图像及相应的文字信息,根据UIIS的构建特点,开展UIIS多媒体技术超声诊断实验教学。实验对象为我校医学影像学专业五年制2007级学生,共122人,分为实验组和对照组。实验组进行UIIS教学,对照组进行传统教学。实验后对学生进行理论和操作考试,并对UIIS教学法与传统教学法教学效果进行评价。评价包括对知识的理解、分析和解决实际问题的能力等四个方面。数据采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:应用UIIS媒体教学手段新颖,内容丰富,提高了学生实验课的学习兴趣,教学质量明显提高。结论:UIIS多媒体技术应用于超声诊断实验教学,有利于提高实验教学质量。 Objective:To assess the effects of ultrasound imaging information system(UIIS)on experimental teaching of ultrasonic diagnostics.Methods: We developed the UIIS by including the basic knowledge and images involved in pathoanatomical photos and classical sonograms of various diseases with detailed text description,and conducted the experimental teaching of this course by means of UIIS in the 5-year undergraduates enrolled in 2007.A total of 122 students were allocated to experimental group and controls.The former were directed with UISS multimedia technology and the latter were taught with traditional methods.By the end of the course,both groups received examination in basic knowledge and performance for assessment of the outcomes regarding the command of basic theories and skills to interpret the imaging,and the results were analyzed with software SPSS13.0.Results: All students appeared interested in the experimental teaching with UIIS and commented that this kind of teaching was greatly new and different from the traditional approaches.Importantly,students were motivated to learn and the teaching quality was greatly improved as a result of more information input.Conclusion: UISS is a desirable approach to teaching ultrasonic diagnostics and can improve the teaching quality of this course.
