The Experience and Reference of International Financial Support in Agricultural Insurance

"十二五"规划明确提出要大力发展农业保险与农业巨灾再保险。本文比较分析了国外财政支持农业保险在公私合作模式、销售渠道、强制投保、再保险、支持力度等方面的差异,并探讨了我国可以借鉴的经验,即立法保障、财政支持、公私合作、再保险支持。

The twelfth five-year-plan explicitly offered to develop agricultural insurance and agriculture catastrophe reinsurance.This paper compares and analyzes foreign financial support for agricultural insurance from different aspects such as public-private model,sales channels,mandatory insurance,reinsurance,support dimension.And then discusses the experience we can learn from other country in the following aspects： legislation safeguard,financial support,public-private,reinsurance support.
