摘要
以银新杨萌发芽为外置体进行组培快繁技术研究,结果表明,初代培养阶段适宜的培养基为附加6-BA0.1mg·L^-1的改良MS培养基;继代与增殖培养阶段适宜的培养基为附加6-BA0.1mg·L^-1以+IAA0.5mg·L^-1的培养基,增殖倍率为12~18倍;生根培养阶段,以1/2MS+NAA0.01mg·L^-1组合效果最好,15d根系基本形成。
The rapid propagation technology was studied with sprouts of Populus alba × P. alba var. pyramidalis as explant. The results showed that the 6 - BA 0.1 mg·L^-1 improved MS culture medium was the optimal medium for the primary culture stage, and the 6 - BA0.1mg·L^-1+ IAA0.5 mg·L^-1 culture medium was the optimal medium for the subculture with 12 ~ 18 times of multiplication rate. The 1/2MS + NAA0.01 mg·L^-1 was the best culture medium for the rooting period, which could form root system after 15 d.
