利用普通SMF实现10Gbit/s信号全光长距离传输的研究

摘要 数值模拟了强度调制光信号在级联光纤放大器普通单模光纤通信系统中的传输,模拟中主要考虑了自相位调制、群速色散和自发辐射噪声,使用负色散补偿光纤去补偿群速色散和自相位调制。结果表明,若色散得到很好补偿,当放大器间距减少到50 km 时,无误码2 050 km 传输是可能的。 This paper numerically analyzes the propagation of intensity modulated signal in a cascaded optical amplifier conventional single mode fiber (SMF) system, taking self phase modulation (SPM), group velocity dispersion (GVD) and amplifier spontaneous emission (ASE) into account. The effect of GVD and SPM are reduced using dispersion compensation fibers (DCF). The simulation shows that if the dispersion is well compensated and the amplifier spacing is decreased to 50 km, the distance of 2 000 km with error free is possible.
