渤海海峡以西海域山东沿海公共航路的规划方案

Study on Public Route Planning of Shandong coast in west of the Bohai Strait waters

在对渤海海峡以西海域山东沿海船舶交通流和所发生海事的调查研究的基础上,对海域通航环境进行分析,揭示渤海海峡以西海域山东沿海主要交通流模式和交通环境特征,结合IMO《船舶定线制的一般规定》,对渤海海峡以西海域山东沿海公共航路进行规划设计。新规划方案的提出对促进海上交通安全和海域经济协调发展具有重要的现实意义。

Based on the vessel traffic survey and analysis of Shandong coast and west of the Bohai Strait waters, applying the theory and methods of marine traffic engineering, qualitative and quantitative analysis of navigation environment are conducted to reveal the main traffic flow patterns and traffic environment characteristics, combined with IMO （on the General Provisions of Ships＇ Routing）, design public route planning of Shandong coast and west of the Bohai Strait waters, it has important practical significance for the coordinated development between promoting the marine traffic safety and the ocean economic.
