摘要
以已建成上海浦东东明路川杨河桥为例,分析了钢管混凝土梁拱组合体系桥梁的施工期间稳定性,该桥采用先拱后梁无支架法施工。在施工过程中,稳定性受各方面因素影响很大。通过在中横梁吊装、系梁混凝土浇筑、拱肋混凝土灌注等工序中的薄弱环节稳定性的定性分析和定量计算,指出了稳定性比较薄弱的工况并分析了风撑安装,系梁混凝土刚度形成等因素对稳定性的影响。
The article analyzes the stability of concrete-filled steel tube beam-arch combined bridge during construction by the built Shanghai Pudong Dongming Road Chuanyang River Bridge.This bridge is constructed by the pre-arch post-beam non-support method.The stability is greatly affected by various factors in the course of construction.The article points out the weaker status of the stability and analyzes the factors of wind bracing installation and the rigidity formation of coupling beam to affect the stability through the qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of weak link stability in the construction sequences of the middle cross beam hoisting,coupling beam concrete pouring,and arch rib concrete grouting.
