城市雨水排除问题及解决方法

Problem and Solving Mehtod of Urban Rainwater Discharging

过去降雨时会造成积水,采取尽快排走雨水的方法,避免造成城市拥堵等问题。该文认为在我国普遍缺水、城市管理维护资金有限的情况下,应该采取先科学蓄水、后尽量利用的方法,变有害为有利。接着提出若干对策与建议。

In the past,the method was taken to discharge the rainwater as quickly as possible because of waterlog during rainfall so as to avoid the traffic jam.The article considers taking the method of scientifically storing water first,utilizing water later as far as possible to become harmful to treasure under the condition of water shortage everywhere and limited urban management maintenance funds in China,and puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions.
