超声波技术在检测混凝土缺陷中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目前桥梁工程中由于振捣不充分,混凝土质量不过关等原因而导致的混凝土不密实、空洞等缺陷屡见不鲜。针对混凝土缺陷引起的结构物承载能力和耐久性严重下降的问题,结合工程检测实例,通过对某互通式立交箱梁腹板混凝土缺陷的检测,具体介绍了超声波无损检测技术的检测原理和方法及混凝土缺陷的预防、处理措施。结果表明用超声波无损检测技术检测混凝土不密实区和空洞等缺陷是较为理想、可靠的手段。随着科学技术的发展,超声波无损检测技术将会成为混凝土无损检测的重要手段。 There are more and more phenomenon of concrete un-density and holes caused by the vibration of concrete in inadequate and quality defect of concrete in bridge projects.Aiming at the problems of the bearing capacity and durability of the structures being seriously declined caused by concrete flaw,this paper introduces the detection principle and method of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology,and the prevention and treatment measures of concrete flaws by the engineering testing cases and the inspection of concrete flaw of the box beam web of an interchange.The results show that the ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology is the more ideal and reliable means to inspect the concrete un-density and concrete holes.With the development of science and technology,the ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology will become the important means of concrete nondestructive testing.
