浅谈推进危险化学品安全标准化工作的必要性和迫切性

"人—机—环境"三者应相互协调,保持"最佳"秩序状态,并使这种秩序状态标准化,进而实现生产的本质安全以达成企业安全目标。只有实现企业安全目标,才能实现企业效益(尤其是社会效益)最大化。要实现安全目标,就必须树立"安全第一,预防为主;安全责任,重在落实"的理念。推进安全标准化是实现企业安全目标的最科学、最有效的手段,也是现代企业所推崇的先进的管理模式。对危险化学品生产企业,强制推进安全标准化尤显必要和迫切。

The people,machine and environment should be in harmony with each other,maintain the best order status,and make such order status be standardized,and further realize the intrinsic safety in production for achieving the safety goals of enterprise.Only achieving the safety goals of enterprise can maximize enterprise benefit（especially social benefit）.In order to realize the safety goals,must establish the concepts of ＂safety first,prevention first,and safety responsibility implementation first＂.Promoting safety standardization,which is the most scientific and the most effective method for realizing the safety goals of enterprise,is an advanced management mode rewarded and respected by modern enterprises.Forcing the enterprises producing the dangerous chemicals to promote the safety standardization is specially necessary and urgent.
