Probe into the Work-study Student Management in Agricultural University's Library——Taking the Library of Yunnan Agriculture University as an Example

以云南农业大学图书馆为例,分析了农科院校图书馆聘用勤工助学学生的优势及引入勤工助学学生的必然性,根据勤工助学学生管理过程中出现的问题,提出了解决办法。

Taking the library of Yunnan Agriculture University as an example,this paper analyzes the superiorities of agricultural university＇s library in employing the work-study students and the necessity of introducing the work-study students,and according to the problems existing in the management of work-study students,puts forward some solutions.
