摘要
分析了传统招聘渠道的优缺点,介绍了SNS(社会人际网络)、微博、博客等为代表的新型招聘渠道,阐述了人力资源竞争情报常用的收集方法及如何利用这些方法进行背景核查,并进行了案例分析。
This paper analyzes the merits and demerits of conventional recruitment channels,introduces some new recruitment channels represented by SNS(social network service),MicroBlog,and Blog,etc.,expounds some common methods for collecting competitive intelligence of human resources and how to use these methods to carry out background check,and makes a case study.
