摘要 在综述石灰石—石膏法湿法烟气脱硫添加剂研究现状的基础上,结合某火力发电厂600 MW机组烟气脱硫系统脱硫添加剂的实践,分析脱硫添加剂应用的技术经济性。实践应用表明,在现有的脱硫系统不改变的情况下,加入脱硫添加剂可以使得脱硫效率明显上升,脱硫系统对煤种硫份变化的适应范围变大,高硫煤得以利用;在保证脱硫效率不变的情况下,通过加入添加剂并调整浆液循环泵运行方式,可节省循环泵的运行电量,具有明显的环境保护及经济效益。 Based on the current researches of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) additives, this paper analyzes the technical economy of the desulfurization additives application combined with the practical application of the desulfUrization additives in the 600 MW unit FGD system in a thermal power plant. The result shows that desulfurization efficiency rises significantly with the use of the additives in the existing desulfurization system which remains the same. The desulfurization system has a wider range to adapt to the variations of sulfur content in coal, so high-sulfur coal can be utilized. By adding additives and adjusting the slurry circulating pump operation mode, the operation electricity of circulating desulfurization efficiency unchanged. It can achieve obvious environmental and pump can be saved leaving the economic benefits.
