Analysis and Countermeasures of Energy Use Efficiency of Back Pressure Thermoelectricity Unit in Economic Crisis Mode

本文简述了某热力厂锅炉、汽机供汽概况,介绍了经济危机模式下热电企业背压机组、锅炉运营中存在的问题。通过燃煤情况与相关技术参数、效率讨论,分析了企业热能利用效果,提出了一些改进措施,有利于企业降本增效。

The survey of steam supplied by boiler and steam turbine in a thermo-power plant was briefly presented,and the problems existed in operation of boiler and back pressure unit of thermoelectricity enterprise in economic crisis mode were introduced.By discussing on coal burning situation and related technical parameters and efficiency,the effect of heat energy utilization of enterprise was analyzed,and some improvement measures were put forward,which are favorable to lower cost and improve efficiency of the enterprise.
