The Developing Process and Experienced Edification of International Leisure Sports Seaside Cities

基于多年在欧美国家的生活体验和观察学习,从国际滨海运动休闲之城市的案例分析着手,对德国的基尔;澳大利亚的墨尔本;美国的洛杉矶;南非的开普敦;西班牙的巴塞罗那和瓦伦西亚;加拿大的温哥华和芬兰的赫尔辛基等海滨城市进行了分析,揭示了这些国际滨海运动休闲之城的发展可基本分为传统的、转型的、以大型体育赛事为特点的和以生活品质著称四种模式的发展历程,探讨了国际滨海运动休闲之城的基本特征和在经济结构转型升级所发挥的作用,并在此基础上归纳总结出10大发展经验,对我国开展海洋体育具有重要的借鉴价值。

Based on the life experience and study in European and United States of America for many years,the author of this paper used the case study to analyzes some international leisure sports seaside cities like Kiel in Germany,Melbourne in Australia,Los Angeles in U.S,Cape Town in South Africa,Barcelona and Walunxiya in Spain,Vancouver in Canada and Helsinki in Finland.The paper clarify four developing models of these international leisure sports seaside cities as traditional,transformational,big sports events peculiarity and famous in leisure sports.The paper also discussed the basic characteristics of these international leisure sports seaside cities and function in the economic,social and culture development for the city and pointed out 10 useful experienced edification from these cities.
