摘要
运用测量、问卷、数理统计等方法,分析不同锻炼水平大学生体质特征、影响大学生体质健康的因素。结果表明:不同锻炼水平大学生体质健康差异显著,表现为经常锻炼组优于偶尔锻炼组,偶尔锻炼组优于不锻炼组的趋向;同时提出改善和提高学生体质健康水平,促进高校体育教学改革的干预策略。
The use of measurement,questionnaires,statistics and other methods,different levels of university students physical exercise characteristics,physical health factors that affect college students were analyzed.The results showed that:there're significantly different between different physical activity levels students.The regular exercise group showed better than the occasional exercise group.The occasional exercise group were better than non-exercise group.At the same time,it improve and enhance the physical health of students,and promote reform of college physical education intervention strategies.
