摘要
20世纪90年代以来,以阿富汗为中心的"金新月"地区毒品向我国渗透活动日益加剧,其走私贩运愈来愈呈现出国际化的趋势,对我国构成了极大威胁。堵源截流,加强国际禁毒合作是解决我国现阶段毒品问题的有效途径之一。目前,在上海合作组织框架内开展与中亚国家间的禁毒合作已取得初步成效,进一步广泛、深入地加强与周边国家的禁毒合作是维护我国周边区域安全的重要保障。
Since the 1990＇s, the permeating trend of drugs in Golden Area Centered by Afghanistan become serious, which made smuggling and trafficking drugs become internationally, and which become a great threat to China. The effective ways to solve drug problems in China is blocking the source and cutting the root, enhancing international drug control cooperation. At present, China achieved basic achievements by drug control cooperation among middle Asia Countries Under framework of Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Further enhancing drug control cooperation with neighbor countries is an important guarantee to keep neighbor areas safe.
