摘要
本文报告了餐饮业食品安全风险发生的主要原因以及影响因素;并提出了餐饮业食品安全风险控制措施,包括确定食品安全风险关键控制点、加强对餐饮单位的监管、提高从业人员的综合素质等。
This article reported the prime causes which caused security risks in catering industry and influencing factors,and put forward the control measures,including determination essential control point of food security risk,strengthen supervision of dining units,improvement the comprehensive quality of employees and so on.
