不同类型肥胖者血浆生长素、胰高血糖素样肽-1变化的研究

Study on serum ghrelin and glucogan-like peptide-1 in different obese people

目的观察不同类型肥胖者生长素、胰高血糖素样肽-1水平的变化,探讨生长素、胰高血糖素样肽-1对肥胖者胃动力的影响。方法将肥胖者分为3组,即肥胖伴暴食症组、肥胖伴饮食正常组、肥胖伴消化不良（FD）组,采用酶联免疫法检测3组试验者及正常对照组餐前和餐后血浆生长素、胰高血糖素样肽-1水平。结果①肥胖组和对照组餐后生长素水平较餐前降低;无论是餐前还是餐后,肥胖组生长素水平均较对照组显著降低;肥胖伴暴食症组、肥胖伴饮食正常组、肥胖伴FD组3组之间Ghrelin水平无显著性差异。②对照组餐后GLP-1水平较餐前明显升高;肥胖组餐后GLP-1水平较餐前释放减少;无论是餐前还是餐后,肥胖组GLP-1水平均较对照组显著降低。结论胰高血糖素样肽-1在肥胖者胃动力紊乱中有一定的作用,生长素不是导致肥胖者胃动力异常的原因。

Objective To observation the level of serum ghrelin and glucogan-like peptide-1（GLP-1）in different obese people,and explore its influence on gastric motility.Method Obese people were divided into 3 groups,and they were fat with overeating disease group,fat with normal diet group,and fat with FD group.Detecting the serum ghrelin,GLP-1 in blood before and after meal in 3 tests groups and control group by ELISA.Results ①Serum ghrelin in fat groups and control group after meal were lower than before meal.Serum ghrelin in fat groups were obviously lower than those in control group.There were on significant differences between different fat groups in serum ghrelin.②GLP-1 in control group after meal were higher than before meal.GLP-1 in fat groups after meal was lower than before meal.GLP-1 in fat groups was lower than those in control group.Conclusions GLP-1 had some effect in gastric dynamic disorders of obese people,but ghrelin level was not the reason for abnormal gastric motility.
