摘要
以溶解或循环形式存在于机体血清及其它体液中的可溶性细胞间粘附分子1(sICAM1)的重要生物学功能是,与膜型ICAM1 竞争性地结合白细胞膜表面的LFA1、Mac1 等分子,参与机体的免疫调节,从而与肿瘤的发生、发展和转归密切相关⒚本文综述了sICAM1 的来源、结构。
One of the most important functions of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM 1) is to bind competitively with membrane bound intercellular adhesion molecule 1(mICAM 1) to lymphocyte function associated antigen 1(LFA 1) and Mac 1 (CD11b/ CD18) expressed on leucocytes.It takes an important part in the immune regulation and it is closely associated with the genesis,the development and the prognosis of tumors.In this paper we reviewed the production,the structure and the function of sICAM 1 as well as the latest developments of studies on the relationship between sICAM 1 and lung cancer.
