In the process of creating the top level modern researching hospital in General Hospital of PLA, research work was highlighted. Research management reform and innovation which includes setting research management principle, improving research management system and mechanism, innovating research project management mode, establishing research information sharing platform, training research staff has carried out. It has helped promoting clinical treatment and promoting hospital all-round, good and rapid developmeut.
