摘要
随着社会、经济和卫生事业改革的不断发展,医院如何能够招聘、选拔优秀的适宜人才是其人力资源管理的重要环节,也是医院发展的关键因素。将"胜任力"理论与医院人才招聘与选拔相结合,探索基于胜任力的医院人才招聘选拔体系的构建与应用。
With the development of society, economy and health care system, how to recruit and select high-level qualified health professionals are the important step of human resource management and the key factor of hospital development. Combining with competency theory and human resources recruiting and selecting, the constructing and applying of competency based hospital human resources recruiting and selecting system is explored.
