摘要
非营利性医院政企合作(Public-Private Partnership,PPP)项目融资中,恰当的融资方案设计是关系到项目成败的关键因素之一。本文根据PPP的理论知识,综合考虑非营利性医院的宏观环境、项目特点、影响因素等要点,设计了若干种不同的融资方案,为此类项目的PPP应用提供参考。
In PPP project financing of nonprofit hospitals, a proper design of financing scenario is one of the key factors to make projects successful. This article, based on PPP theory, considering the uniqueness of nonprofit hospitals including macro-environment, different features and factors, has designed several seenario in project financing to provide references for similar projects.
