摘要
介绍了中山市人民医院在国内率先通过撤销门诊挂号处和入院处后,达到降低候诊时间、提高工作效率、优化门诊服务流程的经验,提出优化门诊流程要"以病人为中心"原则,体现人性化理念;优化门诊流程要善于抓住关键,清除"瓶颈"环节;优化门诊流程是一个系统工程,又是一门管理学艺术等理念。
The experience of reducing waiting time, promoting work efficiency and optimizing process by cancelling registration and admission station in Zhongshan Municipal People' s Hospital was introduced. Patient centered and smooth bottleneck process were the core principles of optimizing service process. Optimizing outpatient service process is a systematic system and also an art for management.
