摘要
目的:建立不良事件分级管理和必要的奖罚机制,提高科学化管理水平、促进管理效能的最大化。方法:对非处罚性不良事件报告机制存在的问题进行分析、思考。结果:现行的非处罚性不良事件报告机制缺乏分级和必要的奖罚,与相关法律相悖。结论:建议完善不良事件报告机制,建立分级和奖罚机制,以利于提高管理效能和激发医务人员参与隐患防范的积极性。
Objectives: To establish adverse event rating management mechanism and reward-punishment mechanism, to improve scientific management and promote maximum management efficiency. Methods: Problems in adverse event non-punishment report mechanism were discussed and analyzed. Results: There were lack of rating system and necessary reward-punishment mechanism in current adverse event non-punishment report mechanism and was contrary to relevant laws. Conclusions: Rating and reward-punishment mechanism in advert event report mechanism should be established to improve management efficiency and motivate medical staff involving in advert event prevention.
