摘要
高职院校学生职业能力培养的效果如何,直接影响到毕业生的就业与创业。文章分析当前高职院校在学生职业能力培养方面的存在问题,并结合高职院校的实际,提出加强学生职业能力培养与实践的对策。
Employments of graduated students are directly affected by their professional abilities.This paper addresses and analyzes current problems and weaknesses in training progress of professional abilities in technical colleges.Based on practical situation of current colleges,suggestions for enhancing of students＇ professional education are also be put forward.
