摘要
当前,随着经济社会的大变革和人财物的大流动,各类刑事犯罪活动越来越突破时空的概念,呈现出跨区流窜、快进快出的基本特征。加强地区间的警务交流与协作,在目前显得更为重要与迫切。
At present,with the rapid change of economic society and flow of human,financial and material resources,various kinds of criminal activities are of such basic features of going across regions and being fast in and fast out.It＇s more important and urgent to strengthen regional policing exchanges and cooperation at present.
