中小学幼儿园防范外来暴力袭击之对策

Countermeasures Agaisnt External Violent Attacks in Kindergartens,Elementary and Secondary Schools

当前,针对中小学校、幼儿园学生的外来暴力事件时有发生,作案者的主要目的是报复社会,作案原因主要包括心理调节缺失、利益诉求渠道不畅、校园安防形同虚设、法制不健全、安防教育不到位等方面。因此,应当通过采取改革收入分配方案、畅通民意表达渠道、构建校园安全防控网络、加快校园安全立法、加强安防宣传教育等措施,预防和减少针对校园的暴力袭击活动。

At present,violent attacks against pupils in kindergartens,elementary and secondary schools frequently happen.The attacker aims to revenge the society,and the causes of crime include： lack of psychological adjustment,impeded channels of benefits claim,campus security exists in name only,imperfect legal system as well as poor security education.Therefore,we should adopt such measures as reform plans of income allocation,unimpeded channels of expressing public opinions,construct campus security prevention and control network,speed up legislation of campus security,strengthen propaganda education of security to prevent and decrease violent attacks against campuses.
