摘要
基于抗坏血酸(ASA)对高锰酸钾修饰的硒化镉量子点(CdSe-GSH QDs)荧光的恢复,建立了用于人尿液中ASA测定的关-开型荧光探针法。实验结果表明,在Tris-HCl缓冲溶液(pH=8.6)介质中,荧光恢复值△F与ASA的浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)为0.996 3。ASA的检出限为0.06μmol/L,线性范围为(0.12—7.50)μmol/L。方法用于尿样中ASA的测定,RSD在(0.44—0.54)%之间,平均回收率为(98—106)%。
A new turn-on fluorescent probe for determination of ascorbic acid(ASA) in human urine is developed based on fluorescent recovered of KMnO4-modified glutathione-capped CdSe quantum dots(CdSe-GSH QDs).The experimental results showed that a good linear relationship between the fluorescent intensity recover(△F) and the concentration of ASA can be obtained in the media of Tris-HCl buffer solution(pH=8.6).The correlation coefficient(r) and the linear range are 0.996 3 and(0.12—7.50) μmol/L respectively with the detection limit of 0.06 μmol/L.The method have been applied to determination of ASA in human urine,the RSD and average spike recovery are(0.44—0.54)% and(98—106)% respectively.
