CAD引进软件二次开发后在非标准设备设计中的应用

The Application of Redeveloped Software for the Non-Standard Equipment Design Based on the Introduced CAD Package

我院于1986年底引进美国Auto-trol公司S7K S5K 计算机辅助设计CAD软件。两年多来,结合设计院的工作特点,相继开发了机械设计绘图、S7K汉字、电力照明、建筑、暖通等专业设计应用软件包。目前已在各个专业的设计工作中发挥了作用。国外CAD技术真正用于我国非标准设备设计,必须经过一个二次开发的过程。我们在开发非标准设计的过程中,找出机械设计中常用的公共部分进行了归纳总结,利用S7K支撑软件的用户接口AI,把我国机械设计的标准规范,中国的汉字,有机地溶化在S7K内。由于这些软件是结合专业设计开发的,所以使用方便,易学。同时在实现辅助设计和绘图实践中,工作效率可以成倍的提高。设计质量也得到了可靠的保证。

China Aeronautical Project and Design Institute (CAPDI) had in- troduced a CAD software from Auto-trol Corporation in USA by the end of 1986.According to the work properties of CAPDI some applica- tion software packages, such as Mechanical Design, S7K Chinese Chara- cters, Power Lighting, Architecture, HVAC etc., have been developed in succession since 1986. So far the software packages have played an imp- ortant role in these special design fields. It is necessary to redevelop this foreign CAD technology for our a- pplication to the non-standard equipment. During this process the comm- on parts usually found in mechanical design have been concluded and su- mmarised. By using the Application Interface (AI) of S7K supporting- software the Mechanical Design Software has been organically added into S7K, which contains the Standards of China Mechanical Design and Chi- nese Characters. Because these application softwares developed are used for professi- onal jobs they are convenient to use and easy to learn. It not only gre- atly increases the working efficiency, but also powerfully ensures the d- esign quality.
