摘要
国际贸易究竟能否以及在多大程度上促进一国经济增长是对外贸易研究的核心问题,利用黑龙江省1997—2010年的数据,对黑龙江省外贸出口对经济增长的拉动作用进行了指标分析与实证分析。分析结果表明:黑龙江省外贸出口与经济增长具有明显相关性,出口每增加1个百分点,将带动GDP增长4.978个百分点,并在分析的基础上提出了黑龙江省对外贸易存在的问题以及促进出口的政策建议。
It is a hot point for researchers whether the export trade has the effect on regional economic growth and how to measure the effect. General amount data from 1997 - 2010 of Heilongjiang province suggested that the effect of the export to the provincial economic growth is very obvious. As the export increases 1% ,the GDP increases 4.978%. Based on the index and empirical analysis ,this paper try to find the problems about export trade of Heilongjiang province,and give some suggestions to solve these problems.
