摘要
论述了人事管理中内激励的内涵及进一步研究内激励问题的必要性。把内激励与外激励比较分析后认为:内激励具有实质性、同步性、持久性、自发性等属性,因此,强化内激励具有特殊激励意义。
This paper discusses the connotation and studying necessity of the inner encouragement in personnel admin-istration. Compared with the external encouragement, the inner encouragement shows substantiality, synchronism, endur-ing, and spontaneity. Therefore, strengthening the inner encouragement can bring about the active significance.
