摘要
《大学英语》课程是高校学生的必修课,为提高学生的英语综合应用能力而开设。四级考试是我国规模最大的国家级英语水平考试,社会影响大,学生非常重视。过分强调日常教学不利于学生取得理想的四级成绩,以四级考试为纲又妨碍学生英语综合运用能力的提高。该研究在大学英语教学及四、六级考试改革的背景下论证在教学中渗透四级辅导的可行性。基于实验班和控制班成绩的独立样本T检验结果显示渗透四级辅导的教学对于提高四级成绩有显著意义,对提高期末考试成绩也有一定效果;实验班四级成绩和期末成绩相关性检验呈现显著相关,渗透辅导后学生英语水平和四级成绩的提高是一致的。
College English,a college required course,is offered to improve students'comprehensive competence of using English.As national proficiency tests of English,CET band 4 is influential in society and highly recognized by students.An unreasonable emphasis of either comprehensive competence of using English or CET will negatively affect the improvement of either.Under the circumstance of reforms in College English and CET,the study first theoretically proves the practicality of tutoring CET in College English teaching practice.Further Independent-Sample T Tests of scores of CET 4 and term exam demonstrate that tutoring of CET in teaching significantly improves scores of CET and those of term exam to some extent.In addition,the pare of scores in the experimental class are tested to be significantly correlated,which indicates the agreement of improving both scores by tutoring CET in the practice of College English teaching.
