新形势下博物馆应改革传统的管理模式,探索新型的管理与经营体系,要借鉴国外博物馆的成功经验,立足国内实际情况引进企业管理范式,从博物馆体制的改良、生存能力的培养、社会服务水平的提高等方面发挥博物馆公益性文化事业的功能,更好的为人民服务,为社会发展服务。人本思想是新时期社会建设的指导思想,也是博物馆发展的思想依托。

Under the new situation museum should reform the traditional management mode,explore new type of management and operation system,and learn the successful management experiences from abroad.In light of the situation in China and introducing some enterprise management paradigm,the museums should play the role of public cultural undertakings,and better serve the people and the society development.Humanistic thought should be taken as the guidance to the development of museums.
