摘要
目的测定高压氧治疗患者头罩内的氧气体积分数。方法 10例高压氧治疗患者,其中男性7例,女性3例;年龄22~72岁,平均年龄52.2岁。全部气管切开。将氧气流速设定为8、10、15L/min,治疗开始后15、30、45、60、75、90min测定头罩内的氧气体积分数。结果不同氧气流速及时间点,头罩内氧气体积分数均在89%以上。相同时间点,氧气流速不同时,头罩内的氧气体积分数无明显变化(P〉0.05)。结论高压舱内头罩吸氧时氧气体积分数可达到89%以上,不同氧气流速对氧气体积分数影响不明显。因此,可以采取8 L/min氧气流速以降低氧气消耗。
Objective To measure the oxygen concentration of the head hood in hyperbaric chamber.Methods Ten patients performed tracheotomy,which were accepted the hyperbaric oxygen therapy,male 7,female 3,aged 22-72 years old,mean age 52.2 years old.The oxygen flow speed was preset on 8 L/min,10 L/min,15 L/min respectively.Each oxygen concentration of the head hood at 15,30,45,60,75,90 minutes were measured.Results The oxygen concentration in head hood were all above 89 % in different oxygen flow speed and time.At the same time points,there was no significant changed in oxygen concentration while the flow speed varied(P 0.05).Conclusion It is demonstrated that the oxygen concentration can be more than 89 % while using the head hood in hyperbaric chamber.There is no significant influence in oxygen concentration at different speed,so could take the flow speed of 8 L/min to reduce the oxygen consumption.
