An Investigation on the Development and Management of Follow-up Work

目的探讨随访工作未来发展趋势及管理方法。方法通过对我院近60年随访工作的回顾,结合实际工作情况加以分析并制定解决方案。结果现代化建设提高了随访工作效率,使随访工作向综合性的网络互动交流平台和医院后管理时代方向过渡发展。结论即时互动随访方式能缩短随访周期,提高随访工作服务质量,进而提高患者生存率。

Objectives An investigation on development trend and management methods to future follow-up work.Methods Having a review on follow-up work in our hospital in the past 60 years,we analyze and work out solution plans combing with practical work.Results The modernization construction enhances work efficiency of follow-up,making them develop to comprehensive network interactive communication platform and post-management time direction of hospital.Conclusions Instant interactive follow-up mode can reduce period of follow-up and enhance work service quality of it,then improving survival rate of patients.
