住院病人中医病症分类构成分析

Formation Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Disease Classification in Hospitalization Patients

目的了解《中医病证分类与代码》标准实施的规律性,探讨中医疾病分类和西医疾病分类的不同特性。方法分别采用中医疾病系统分类和中医疾病病种分类两种方法,进行前十位疾病顺位排序,结合国际疾病分类综合检索,对中西医病名进行对照研究。结果体现中医医疗特色的疾病眩晕病、咳嗽病、中风病等排在前十,证候以气血亏虚证高居榜首,中西医病名间虽存在一定内在联系,但不是绝对的等同。结论实现病证名称统一,纵向比较中医各病种的各项医疗指标,可有效掌握医疗情况并进行综合管理。

Objectives to know about the implement rules of Classification and Code of Traditional Chinese Medicine Disease for investigating the different characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） disease classification and western medicine disease classification.Methods Using respectively disease system classification of TCM and disease category classification of TCM for sorting top 10 disease,combing with comprehensive retrieval of international disease classification having comparison research on disease name of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Results The diseases embody TCM medical characteristic like vertigo,cough and apoplexia and etc rank top ten,qi-blood deficiency ranks first in all syndrome.Disease names between traditional Chinese and western exist certain internal relations but not absolute the same.Conclusions To achieve unity of disease name,having a vertical comparison of different medical index of different disease category of TCM can effectively master medical situation and practice comprehensive management.
