2010年重庆市万州区医疗机构次均费用变化分析

The Change Analysis of Average Expenses per Time in Medical Institutes in Wanzhou District of Chongqing City in 2010

目的了解重庆市万州区各类医疗机构门诊与住院病人次均费用及其构成比的变化。方法收集万州区2009年-2010年卫生统计网络直报资料,按医疗机构进行分类,对门诊、住院次均费用及药品、检查治疗费构成比进行对比分析。结果 2010年门诊、住院次均费用以二级医院增幅最低,民营医院增幅最高。医院门诊次均费用134.58元,同比增长7.70%;住院次均费用7014.26元,同比增长12.78%,其检查治疗构成比下降,药品构成比上升。卫生院门诊次均费用相当于医院的近1/3,住院次均费用相当于医院的近1/7,门诊、住院次均费用药品构成比比2009年分别下降4.11、1.80个百分点。结论万州区医疗机构次均费用增长结构趋于合理,门诊次均费用增长控制较好,对住院次均费用增长的控制还需进一步加强。

Objectives to know about the average expenses per time about hospitalization patients and outpatient service and change of formation in different kinds of medical institute in wanzhou district of chongqing.Methods We collect direct network report of health statistic from 2009 to 2010 in Wanzhou district,classifying them according to medical institutes,having a comparative analysis on average expenses per time of outpatient and hospitalization and constituent ratio of examination treatment expenses.Results The increase amplitude of second level hospitals is lowest and the private hospitals＇ is highest.The average expenses per time of outpatient are 134.58 yuan,the same percentage of growth is 7.70%;the average expenses per time of hospitalization are 7014.26 yuan,the same percentage of growth is 12.78%,which proportion ratio of examination treatment decrease and the proportion ratio of medicine increase.The average expenses per time of outpatient in health center are equals to 1/3 of hospitals;the average expenses per time of hospitalization are equals to 1/7 of hospitals;the medicine proportion ratio of average expenses per time of outpatient and hospitalization decrease 4.11 and 1.80 percentage points than 2009.Conclusions The average expenses per time of increasing structure of medical institutes in Wanzhou district tend to be rational.The increasing control of it control good,while the average expenses per time increasing of hospitalization still need to be strengthened.
