摘要
目的分析某院住院患者死亡的主要疾病种类及死亡特点,探讨防治方法。方法收集2001年-2009年住院死亡病案412份,对其死因构成进行统计分析。结果死因构成的前3位分别是:损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病。交通事故引起的重型颅脑损伤及多脏器复合伤是青壮年人群死亡的主要因素。结论应加强安全教育及心脑血管疾病的防治工作,以降低本地区住院病死率,提高广大人民的健康水平。
Objectives An analysis on the main disease kinds and characteristic of death of hospitalization patients in our hospital,exploring the prevention methods to them.Methods To collecting 412 medical records of death from 2001 to 2009,sorting the death causes and statistically analyzing the formation of it.Results The top three death causes are respectively injury,poison and some other consequences of internal causes,circulation system disease and respiratory system disease.Severe craniocerebral injuries caused by traffic accident and multi-organs injuries are the main factors that young adults die.Conclusions In order to improve people＇s health level and life quality,we should strengthen the prevention of top three diseases of death causes and reduce the death rate of hospitalization.
