Using Comprehensive Index Method to Evaluate Medical Works in Past Years in Our Hospital

目的通过用单一统计指标来概括许多项指标的综合水平,了解医院近5年来医疗发展趋势。方法遴选重点指标建立医院指标综合体系,采用综合指数法,全方面反映医院的医疗情况。结果医院主要医疗业务指标保持了良好的发展势头,门急诊指数上涨0.4,病房效率指标指数上涨0.59,病房质量指标指数上涨0.06,综合指数逐年攀升,与医院这5年来保持良好的发展态势相一致。结论综合指数法起到集中反映多个功能各异指标的综合作用,全面反映出医院5年来持续稳定发展的形势。

Objectives through single statistic index to summarize comprehensive level with many indexes for knowing about medical development trend of hospital in recent five years.Methods to select focal indexes for building of hospital index comprehensive system,applying comprehensive index method to reflect medical situation of hospital at whole aspects.Results The main medical business index in hospital keep a good development trend;the index of outpatient and emergency increase 0.4;efficiency index of wards increase 0.59;quality index of wards increase 0.06;the comprehensive index enhance by year by that preserves uniformity with good development trend of hospital for five years.Conclusions The comprehensive index method plays overall role of concentrated reflecting different functions with different indexes,entirely reflecting continual stable development situation of hospital in five years.
