探讨护理教育增加人文项目的必要性

A Discussion on Necessity of Increasing Humanity Projects in Nursing Education

结合护理服务的人文需求,分析护士人文服务意识不强、人文服务不到位的主要原因是护理人文教育先天不足和后天缺乏。护理教育应转变理念、增加继续护理教育人文项目以及注重显性知识和隐性知识的有机结合,同时,护士加强自身修炼,护理管理者强调人文管理、重视人文服务对于提高护士人文素质具有积极促进作用。

Combing humanity request of nursing service,this article analyzes the main reasons of weak humanity service consciousness and non-considerate humanity service of nurses are that congenital and postnatal deficiencies in nursing humanity education.It puts forward needs to change nursing education concept and to increase humanity projects of continuing nursing education and to value the organic combination between dominant knowledge and recessive knowledge.Meanwhile,nurses needs to strengthen learning themselves;the humanity management strengthening and humanity service value of the nursing manager plays positive promoted role to improve humanity quality of nurses.
