摘要
目的探讨如何对尿毒症血液透析患者进行协同护理,以合理利用人力资源。方法血液透析中心和肾内科护理人员对36例进行血液透析治疗的住院患者采取院内协同护理模式,共同承担血液透析患者的护理工作。结果有效的协同作用保障顺利完成血液透析治疗患者的护理工作。结论院内协同护理模式既能提高护理工作的专业水平,又能为患者提供更好的治疗措施,也有利于推动血液透析技术的发展。
Objectives A discussion on how to have coordination nursing for uremia hemodialysis patients in order to utilize rationally human resources.Methods 36 hospitalization patients are adopt coordination nursing mode within the hospital.Nursing staffs in hemodialysis center and nephrology bear the nursing work of hemodialysis patients together.Results The effective coordination role makes sure that accomplish of nursing work to hemodialysis patient are smooth.Conclusions Coordination nursing mode within the hospital not only can improve the professional level of nursing work,but also can provide better cure countermeasures for patients and are beneficial to push the development of hemodialysis technology.
