批语视角下对王闿运《唐诗选》的解读

An Interpretation of Wang Kaiyun's An Anthology of Tang Poetry from the Perspective of Its Commentaries

晚清诗学大家王闿运之《唐诗选》是晚清著名的唐诗选本之一。通过对选本所选诗歌及其评语的双重解读,不难发现该选本并非如王闿运自己所云的"不能出八代之外",亦非仅备诗歌之"美",而是一部力求展现唐代诗歌之流变、以求能为后学者呈现更多诗歌创作视角的诗歌教材,从中亦不难看出王闿运并非一食古不化墨守汉魏六朝五言古诗的文人。

An Anthology of Tang Poetry compiled by Wang Kaiyun,best remembered as a poet and a scholar of the classics,is one of the famous anthologies of Tang poetry in the late Qing Dynasty.Through a dual interpretation of the Wang＇s anthology and the annotations and comments in it,it is found that the poems in the anthology go against what Wang had claimed as ＂the time span of the poems should remain within eight dynasties＂,and that the anthology is not only a collection that focuses on the beauty of poetry but also a textbook that aims at disclosing the development and characteristic of Tang poetry.From this,it is obvious that Wang Kaiyun is flexible in choosing poems in his anthology.
