59例子宫肌瘤围手术期的护理

The nursing experience of 59 patients with Myoma of Uterus during operation period

目的:总结子宫肌瘤患者围手术期的护理体会。方法:对某院接受手术治疗的59例子宫肌瘤病人,进行围手术期的护理回顾与总结。结果:59例病人术后均治愈出院,无1例并发症发生。结论:对子宫肌瘤的患者不仅要做好术前检查和准备工作,更要重视患者的心理需求;术后加强观察和护理,动态监测体温变化,密切观察术后出血和感染指征,并做好健康教育,以减少并发症的发生,使病人术后如期康复。

Objective： To summarize the peri-operative experience of nursing the patients with Myoma of Uterus.Methods： A retrospective study was done to analyze and summarize the nursing to 59 patients with Myoma of Uterus,which came to our hospital for surgical treatment.Results： All the 59 patients were discharged with satisfactory treatments,with no complications.Conclusion：Not only preoperative examination and preparation work,but also mental care should be paid attention to patients with Myoma of Uterus.Postoperative observation and care,the dynamic monitoring of body temperature,bleeding and infection indications should be closely observed,and health education should be enhanced to reduce the incidence of complications and recover on schedule.
