某部机关团以下干部健康体检726例分析

Analysis on Physical Examination Results in 726 Government cadres Below the regiment level

目的:了解某部机关团以下干部的健康状况,为进一步做好预防保健工作提供依据。方法:选择726例某部机关团以下干部2006～2008年连续三年体检结果进行分析。结果:在被检查的干部中,患病率居前6位疾病:痔262例(36.1%),高脂血症212例(29.2%),屈光不正132例(18.2%),原发性高血压128例(17.6%),口腔疾病114例(15.7%),脂肪肝98例(13.5%)。结论:上述疾病在某部机关干部患病率较高,可能与机关干部工作压力大,自身锻炼少及不良习惯有关。因此加强干部职工健康教育、普及预防保健知识,增强干部的自我保健意识非常重要。

Objective： To understand the health status of government officers in some area,in order to provide basis for preventative health care.Methods： The physical examination results of 726 cases with three consecutive years 2006-2008 were analyzed.Results： In the 726 cadres,the top six disease morbidity were： 262 patients had hemorrhoid（36.1%）,212 cases（29.2%） had hyperlipidemia,132 cases（18.2%） had correct refractive error,128 cases（17.6%） had hypertension,114 cases（15.7%） had oral diseases,98 cases（13.5%） had fatty liver.Conclusion： The diseases mentioned above have high incidence rate in government cadres of this area,it may be related to their high pressure,lack of exercise,and poor habits.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen cadres＇ health education,popularize prevention and enhance their consciousness of health.
