系统性红斑狼疮病人生活质量和社会支持的关系

The relationship between quality of life and social support in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮病人生活质量的现状及其与社会支持的关系。方法选择2008年8月至2009年10月门诊随访的68例系统性红斑狼疮病人作为研究对象,采用世界卫生组织生活质量简表中文版和社会支持评定量表对其进行调查研究。结果社会支持情况相对较低,客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度3个维度得分及社会支持总分均低于全国常模(P<0.01);系统性红斑狼疮病人生活质量较差,生理、心理、社会关系和环境4个维度得分均低于全国常模(P<0.01);生活质量总分与社会支持总分呈正相关(P<0.01);病程、年龄、付费方式和客观支持是影响系统性红斑狼疮病人生活质量的重要因素。结论系统性红斑狼疮病人的生活质量和社会支持情况差,护理人员应通过有效的护理干预措施,协助病人争取家庭、社会等多方面支持,提高病人的生活质量。

Objective To explore the status of quality of life in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematous （SLE） and its relationship with social sup- ports. Methods Sixty - eight SLE patients who were followed - up in out - patient department from April 2008 to October 2009 were recruited, and the Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS） and The World ttealth Organization Quality of Life （ WHOQOL - BREF） were applied to do the investigation. Results The results showed that social support was relatively lower, the scores of objective support, subjective support, utilization of support and social support scores were lower than Chinese norm （P 〈 0.01 ）. And SLE patients had h）wer quality of life, the scores in four dimensions which included physical, psychological, social relationships and environment were lower than Chinese norm （ P 〈 0. O1 ）. The scores of quality of Rife had positive correlation with social supports. The main influencing factors of SLE patients＇quality of llfe were disease history, age,payment,objective support. Conclusion SLE patients have a poor quality of life and social support,nurses can provide an effective nursing interventions to get the family and social supports so as to improve the quality of life.
