摘要
目的探讨分组分层级排班模式在产房临床实践中的应用效果。方法将产房助产士分组,实施护士长-助产组长-带教老师-护师级助产士-初级助产士的层级管理,比较改革前后助产质量、产妇与医护人员满意度。结果实施产房分组分层级排班后,助产质量及满意度均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论产房分组分层级排班模式提高管理效率,充分发挥高年资助产士的能力,有效促进初级助产士的成长,保证产房助产服务质量。
Objective To discuss the effects of the hierarchical grouping schedule method applied in the delivery room. Methods Midwives in the delivery room were divided into several groups, and the hierarchical management model of charge nurse - group leader - tutor nurse - senior midwife - junior midwife was implemented in each group. The midwifery quality and patient satisfation were collected and compared. Results Compared with before, the midwifery quality and patient satisfaction both increased after implementation of the new model ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The hierarchical grouping schedule model can improve the efficiency of management. It not only makes full adavantages of senior nurses, but also enhances the development of junior midwives, so as to ensure the whole quality of the delivery rooms.
